Today the BBC has released a new iPlayer that have been created specifically for television offers users greater control and a TV-friendly design that is as simple as changing the channel while watching television.
It is the first time that the BBC has created this type of application designed specifically for devices iPlayer television and has greatly improved the search function to help you find programs with little effort, and provide quick access.New features have been added to new television version, which lets you customize your installation iPlayer, recalling favorite channels and recommendations for improvement of programs you might enjoy.
The BBC explains:
“Last week, Ofcom reported that 10% of televisions sold in the UK are willing to Internet. But the BBC iPlayer is now available in more than 300 TVs connected Blu-ray Disc, which has resulted in an increase of five times iPlayer on TV during the last six months. At this rate of growth in the coming years, so I could see over half the consumption of iPlayer directly into the living room TV. “
