If you have been patiently waiting for Opera to land on the iPad your wait in now over. The Opera Mini browser which is so popular on the iPhone has now arrived on the iPad and iPad 2, now supporting all iOS devices.
Having downloaded Opera Mini Version 6 on to my iPad it already feels much quicker than the Apple supplied Safari and has a number of great features which help organise your favourite site such as the ‘Start Page’. I have included a quick selection of screen shots from the new iPad Mini Opera 6 after the jump, to give you a feel for the newly designed user interface.
It also features a social sharing page with links that allow you to share your discoveries on Facebook and Twitter with ease. Opera Mini 6 is now available to download from the iTunes App Store for free.
