12:02: Steve Jobs onstage, announces 5,200 tickets sold in two hours for WWDC
12:08: Phil Schiller onstage with Jobs now demoing Lion with multi-touch support
12:09: multi-touch tap-to-zoom, pinching, two-finger swiping all supported on Lion with multi-touch trackpad.
12:10: New full-screen functionality with multi-touch scrolling being demoed. No scrollbars unless swiping. Swiping between applications and windows now supported.
12:12: Mission Control now being demoed with gesture support, momentum scrolling, zoom, double-tap for smart zoom and two finger swipe for moving pages/apps to the side.
12:16: A three-finger upward swipe now brings all apps to the forefront with zoomed-in previews by hitting the space bar.
12:17: Individual desktops now available as Spaces, demoed by moving windows to the upper right corner.
12:19: Mac App Store now being talked up, #1 storefront for buying software ahead of Target, Wal-Mart, Costco, Office Depot, etc. App Store is now built-in to Lion, and adds in-app purchases, push notifications, and built-in sandboxing for additional security.
12:22: Launchpad and Resume being demoed, pinch gesture and all apps appear, multiple pages in a big grid, with Resume being integrated system wide.
12:24: Auto Save in Lion features delta saves for versioning and manual snapshots without multiple copies unless chosen.
12:26: Pages being demoed with Auto Save, settings reverted to before program exit without saving while looking at all document versions.
12:29: New feature in AirDrop announced: easy peer to peer filesharing aiming to replace thumb drives via Wi-Fi. Demoing the AirDrop screen and seeing all the other users who are running AirDrop. To share a file, just drop a file onto the user in question. They then receive a notification and the file is exchanged.
12:33: Demoing new Mail version with rebuilt search functionality, conversation threading and suggestion engine for contacts or subjects.
12:37: As expected Lion is exclusive to Mac App Store. 4GB download and in line install for $29.99. Release in July.
12:41: Forstall onstage talking up sales figures for iPad 2 and figures for iOS app sales, iBooks and iTunes songs.
12:44: Forstall running through iOS 5 with 1500 new APIs, 200 new user features and 10 key features with Notifications being detailed.
12:48: New Notification Center is accessed by sliding down from the top of the screen and aggregates all notifications similar to Android. Also functions on lockscreen with sliding to cue the related app.
12:53: Twitter now integrated into iOS 5 with Single Sign On across many apps.
12:55: Safari updated with Safari Reader functionality, nearly identical to Instapaper along with Reading List and full support for browser tabs.
12:59: New feature in Reminders with location sensitivity, and sync support across multiple devices as well as iCal
1:03: Updates to Camera app being demoede including volume up button as shutter, auto exposure and focus lock by tapping the screen, pinch to zoom support, and inline editing.
1:04: Mail being demoed with rich text formatting, indentation control, S/MIME for security, draggable email addresses, message search, flagging, and an on-board system-wide dictionary.
1:07: New split keyboard in portait mode demoed on iPad.
1:08: PC-Free activation of all devices with iOS 5. No tethering to setup.
1:09: iOS 5 now supports OTA updates with delta updates to push only changes.
1:12: Game Center being talked up with user count. New features include achievement points, friends of friends recommendations for games and players as well as turn-based game support.
1:14: iMessage announced. New messaging system for iOS with delivery/read receipts, real-time typing indication, 3G/Wi-Fi compatible, encypted.
1:18: AirPlay mirroring announced for iPad, mirrors display to TV.
1:20: iOS 5 announced for this Fall on iPhone 3GS/4, iPad/2, iPod Touch thrid and fourth gen.
1:21: Jobs on stage to talk about iCloud. Sync happens automatically without user intervention and also pushes content in the same fashion.
1:25: MobileMe rewritten to work natively with iCloud. Calendar and changes to Contacts get pushed and pulled automatically.
1:28: MobileMe and its $99.99 fee are dead. iCloud will be free. @me mail addresses will also support automatic sync across devices with push for new messages.
1:31: Backup for iCloud will be over Wi-Fi only on a daily basis and include all purchased music, films, documents, Camera roll, device settings and app data .
1:34: iCloud for Keynote on iPad being demoed over AT&T.
1:38: iCloud APIs being opened up  to developers with documents and key value strings supported. Cross platform across iOS, Mac OS X and PC.
1 :41: Photo Stream being demoed with photos being pushed to Windows My Pictures folder and Mac seamlessly. Photo storage on Mac/PC is permanent, iCloud will store up to 1,000 photos for 30 days.
1:43: Photo Stream being demoed for iPhone and iPad, iPhone takes photo and shows up on iPad. Photo Stream on Apple TV also supported.
1:46: Round up of Photo Stream features, iTunes confirmed for iCloud support with no additional charge to download already purchased tracks to multiple devices with automatic downloads.
1:52: iCloud included with iOS 5, comes with 5GB of mail, document backup storage and is free.PhotoStream, music and books do not count towards the storage limit.
2:00: iTunes Match announced. $24.99 to have Apple scan iTunes library and match all songs onto iCloud.
