As you are probably aware iOS devices have a location tracking bug that tracks your movements, and Apple is aware of this and has said they will release a fix for the location bug with the release of iOS 4.3.3, which is expected in the next few weeks.
Well according to 9to5 Mac the guys over at the Boy Genius Report have got hold of iOS 4.3.3 but as yet haven’t loaded the operating system onto their iPhone, but they do have the low down on what the new OS will deliver.
So here’s what you can expect when Apple pushes out iOS 4.3.3…no longer back up the location database to iTunes…when location services are turned off, the location database will be entirely deleted…a reduction in the size of the location database…iPod bug fixes…improvements to the battery life.
So far that’s all that is known about iOS 4.3.3 but no doubt once the guys dig into the OS more will be found out, and of course as soon as we hear anything we’ll pass it along.
