Shortly after the release of iOS 4.3.1 yesterday, the first tethered jailbreak is now available for the iOS update, although current limitations limit the jailbreak to all devices save for the iPad 2. Other caveats of note include a new baseband on 4.3.1 with no unlock available. The jailbreak requires a combination of PwnageTool 4.2, Universal Ramdisk Fixer and the tetheredboot utility to function correctly.
