We could soon be seeing a dual core battle on our shores, as the Motorola Atrix is launching exclusively with Orange soon, with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S 2 to follow shortly afterwards.
Motorola Atrix was first unveiled in January 2011, at the Consumer Electronics Show and got many people salivating over the handsets features (dual core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor with a 1 GHz running speed) and now the Motorola Atrix is arriving on the UK market with Orange network having an exclusive launch in early May. The Samsung Galaxy S 2 is expected to arrive in the UK the following month.
Now as advised in our recent article dated April 18, the Atrix will be offered free of cost on the Orange network if you choose a 35 per month data plan on a two-year contract and what you get for your money is unlimited texting, 600 minutes of talk time, 50 MMS and a subsidized data usage of 750 MB.
In our article dated 18 April, we also advised that Orange is also selling two docks for the Atrix superphone and GizmoCrave indicates this in their article yesterday. The HD Multimedia dock along with a keyboard, mouse and remote control is currently priced at 49.99 when you purchase it with the Motorola Atrix.
The laptop dock, with an 11.6-inch screen, full keyboard and three-cell battery with up to eight hours of battery life, is being offered for 299.99. However, with some contracts it will be available at subsidized amounts.
