Summary
It was good to see all stores provide clear answers to the Mystery Shop objective; with iPhone 3G S contracts coming to an end the popularity of SIM-only deals is likely to increase in the coming months.
Tesco provided the most appealing SIM-only deal, with more minutes, texts and data for the lowest price when compared to other networks, but the sales process let them down. O2 and Phones 4U exhibited comparable sales service, but the time it took to be seen in Phones 4U handed O2 the win.
