Want a toucshcreen QWERTY handset but strapped for cash? Here’s one you can keep an eye out for, the Samsung Ch@t C350 (C3500).
This new Samsung handset comes with a 2.4-inch QVGA touchscreen complemented by a slide-out full QWERTY keypad, 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.1 , FM radio, microSD card slot (supports up to 8GB), and quad-band GSM connectivity. No WiFi and 3G connecitivity here, which, coupled with its specs, strongly suggest that the Ch@t 350 will be more on the affordable side rather than the steep end of the pricing spectrum.
Its exact price and launch date, however, is still yet to be known. Rest assured though, if this QWERTY touchscreen slider does get released locally, we’ll be here to report about it.
