Verizon and Sling Media have announced a new partnership whereby the Slingbox manufacturer will offer equipment rental and service to Verizon customers that purchase select LTE enabled smartphones, which will be bundled onto their monthly bill and include SlingPlayer Mobile access without an additional agreement.
Details on service availability and cost will be revealed closer to launch.
